I sent a camera in to be serviced for my film business... it was shipped back to me from the support center four days after I mailed it originally... The tracking information says that it has been at the local sorting facility here in Magnolia for three days for three days I’ve gotten emails saying my package is out for deliverynnI have an event to film this evening... and still no low light camera...nnAs a business owner I do not see any way that I can continue to do business with this company... they simply charge for a service they are incapable of providing...nnFinally got customernService and I was emailed a form to fill out so they can begin an investigation...nnMeanwhile I have customers who have contracted me to record their events... but no primary camera. There is no good way for me to explain this to my customers...nnand I absolutely needed the $$$ to cover expenses... now I can not fulfill my obligations to neither my employees nor my customers...

Had a package exception. Received a call. When I arrived to pickup box at center, staff was helpful and professional.

My order has yet to arrived in the location it’s been almost 2 weeks since I ordered.

I worked for UPS for 8 years. I have had nothing but unresolved issues with this building. My driver left my package by the road and by the time I got home it was gone. Now, I can’t get anyone to call me back. So, I guess I’m just out the cost of my package.

They won't always deliver your package just because they have it so that you'll receive it in less time; They scan it & go by the latest estimated arrival time to give themselves more time to lollygag. My package, according to Walmart.com tracking, spent 2 days at EACH location for NO reason. Then, instead of delivering it on the next day, they sent my package THE SAME DAY TO THEIR COMPETITION, at the local post office, for delivery on the next day! Tracking number shows invalid when I try to track it by the UPS website. Fed-Ex ain't no better, y'all; USE YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD USPS!
