Had the kitchen done with snap planks. I was very satisfied with the service and the price! I will definitely come back. The Installation process was extremely professional.
The room looks a lot more sophisticated with this wooden floor. It's easy on the eyes, soft and relaxing, yet stylish. I called them for a tile job actually, but they advised me that wood would look better with this room and gave me samples. I have to agree, having an expert opinion is really something!
The seller's selection, the staff and owners, the quality of merchandise, and the willingness to work with the customers is first rate with this company! We ordered flooring for the whole house and stayed on budget - we love our new floor!
Have had nothing but problems with the shower they tiled in my house, specifically the threshold/curb. I asked them to make sure it was level after they had to rip out the first one and install a new one. They didn't, and now the shower door track doesn't sit flush the way it should. I've given up with getting them to fix it because they're incompetent.nnAlso, during construction, left the tile floors they installed a mess, with blobs of grout and silicone all over that I had to scrape off.nnTheir lack of attention to detail is why I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
