Very unreliable!! Austin Electric would schedule to start job but would never show up or call... When I would call to inquire about status, I was told “it’ll be next week, we’re just super busy”... If you’re too busy to start jobs, don’t agree to complete them!!

I’m located 8 miles from this company. I called today to see about an estimate on new service. Spoke with a very nice lady and was told they charge $75 just to come out to give an estimate and will credit $75 if they get the job. Well from my point of view - if I spend $75 for an estimate and the estimate is insanely high priced to do very little work then I just lost $75 and wasted my time. Removed 2 stars due to this fee that has a swinging door. If I charged my customers and potential clients a fee for an assessment or estimate I would not have the level of business I have today.
