Horrible service. Purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses less than a month ago and have cracks on both lenses around the screw holes which is obviously a sign of manufacturers defect. They have a 30 day return policy and refused to honor it. Completely absurd and they have definitely lost a long time customer.

Pushy lady working there... no means no...lol we came looking for a certain pair and she would stop handing us others. Point of sale yes. But when someone clearly isnt interested. Back up.. better review next time maybe.

Is this store still in business? They look open, but the doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. I’m a little irritated as I made a trip to Collierville to get a new pair of RayBans. Online it says they’re open til 6 today.
