I just want to say that Select Therapy is the place to go for the therapy you need. I have used this place several times in the past with multiple problems. Today I am going because of Plantar Facetious and some issues walking the proper way . Over the years I have bought shoes that do not flex my feet due to arthritis pain. Now with the help of Nick and others working with me I am able to do exercises flexing. It is such a relief finding out the real problem with my pain. Yes I do have arthritis but today it has not hurt me due to me exercising and streching out my tendons and drinking plenty of water to get the joints lubricated again is a goal. I love this place and it is close by and they are flexible on the hours. Walking in Nesbit.

I love my therapist, she is aces in my book. She really listens to my concerns about my injury and tries different methods to meet my needs and the pain that I am having. I can tell that the methods and the exercises are working.nnThank you Courtney for being great!
