Sales staff pleasant but not enough working for a busy holiday. Store was an absolute mess at 10:00 a.m. in the morning. Dillards, in contrast, was neat as a pin.
Store very clean and well stocked but visit to the women's restroom was scary! 1 stall was open out of 4. Toilet paper, trash was all over the floor. No toilet paper in the one stall open. Had to use a roll of paper towels that were left by someone else previously so bathroom has not been stocked in some time. We got to the store as it was just opening so no reason for it not being clean and supplies available.
Slow night and the employees were keep busy doing other tasks. When one of them noticed we were waiting for service, she came quickly and gave us her full attention. Good job!

I had an item to return yesterday. The process was seamless and efficient. I always like shopping at Belk’s and highly recommend the store at Turtle Creek Mall. The entire staff are knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
