Terrible place! Rude disrespectful CNA’s and a RN broke my healing tibia fibula fracture! Food was inedible and cold! I finally got out when it was discovered I had a stage 4 wound infection in two places on my broken leg and I was hospitalized for 5 weeks in a acute hospital for the infection and malnutrition! I was placed in another swing bed. Take my advice and don’t have any thing to do with this filthy place or you’ll regret it! I often layed in bed wishing I was dead! Friends sent me care packages of food and other things! Staff stole from me and my complaints went unheard. Terrible place!

This place is horrible to staff and patients! I've witnessed floor staff (cna,prn ect) cover an entire hall alone on any given day/night and one hall can include over 30 patients. When this is brought to supervisor attention nothing is done. During these unforsaken covid times staff is being tested daily but given no ppe. However, before they began testing daily they were only testing if you had symptoms. The kicker is once you got tested it was still required to work your normal shift during quarantine time before results came back! I personally believe this is why they have an entire wing full of covid positive seniors. It's a shame how this place is ran seriously!

I would give 5 stars if the sid a better job no security guard and letting people that are not supposed to be able to be there anymore after bending them back into the building to see someone that they might cry all the time well I had that experience I went to see my uncle and my aunt and when I seen my aunt I had a wonderful time but when I got to see my uncle it wasn't so great no one came over all the hollering and yelling and cussing that was going on I mean no one I think they should at least check on people when you here hollering and yelling and cussing what if it was somebody yelling at the person thats in the nursing home well that's kind of rude and disrespectful either way need to be took care of immediately I recommend you check the rates and reviews before you put your family member in this home because they let the most rudest. Some people are there for a reason so they don't l have to deal with all that and more importantly to be took care of............................. I may never go back to see my uncle again because of this he was crying and nothing I could do..

I wouldn't let my dogs stay here. I can't believe I am putting up with my 72 year old father stay here. This place is a joke and they treat the patients very badly and are very rude to the people. Not enough food or drink for the patients. I'm very disappointed and plan on writing to the newspaper and wdam. I'm taking this as high up as I can go.
