I don't know who are training the workers in this location but they are the most pleasant and professional people I have ever encountered. I have never received my food before I paid and it was piping HOT ud83dudd25!!! It was so delicious that I completely understand why they are voted the best Popeyes!!! Please continue to provide exceptional food a well as service. Well done!! ud83dudc4f

They usually get my order right, but their customer service is HORRIBLE!! They are always completely rude. Don’t dare ask a question because they will rudely answer as they are rolling their eyes and then talk about you (they left their mic on). It doesn’t cost a dime to be nice and if you don’t appreciate your job, let someone else have it ud83dude09

On 3/12/2021 I went to Popeyes in Yazoo City MS.nIt was 11:30 a.m. It was not busy at all at that time. I waited 15 minutes at the speaker in the drive thru to place my order. Cars behind me were honking their horns. Not at me but because of the fact that no one took my order. I had already talked into the speaker asking if anyone would take my order. Since there was no response I went to the window to order. I was told by the manager that I had not been in the drive thru, which is wrong. Had I been they would have taken my order, she said. Then she said I would have to go get back in line. I refused and said I just want to place my order since no one would answer at the drive thru speaker.nShe demanded I get back in line. I refused again. Then she had a guy from the kitchen to come tell me to go get back in line. Why this was done I have no idea.nOnly after she said she would have me removed by the police and she started using her phone, did I leave the window. I simply wanted to place my order. I only have 30 minutes for lunch break. Of course I didn’t get back in line. I took my business elsewhere.nPopeyes is my favorite place to eat chicken, but it’s not worth being treated so rudely and having extremely poor service. In this case no service. So much uncalled for.
