You definitely have to make sure and check your order before you drive off from here. Sometimes you get a burger that isn't burnt or dressed completely opposite than you ordered. But more often than not Sonic is my go to for a burger or icecream, but the very last for chicken.

Absolute horrible service. I ordered on the app which said they took orders Online until 10. It was 9:20 when I ordered and it asked me to arrive at 9:40. I checked in to my stall and paid . The screen said it was still in the kitchen. At 10, all of the workers but 2 walked out and got in their vehicles and left. I asked one lady since I ordered online over 40 minutes ago and had already paid, was my food being prepared? She said she would go check. At 10:05 the screen said Ashton was on the way with my food and by 10:10 all the lights were turned off and the last two workers got in their vehicles and left. My daughter and I, still waiting there in the dark. I called the 1-800 number for a refund. I did receive a refund but never heard from a manager or anyone else For an apology/ explanation. Not only do the workers not care, but neither does the management.
