Terrible customer service. You are put on hold for long periods and then disconnected.nThe pod driver put the pod in the middle of the driveway instead of by the side door. He said he couldn't put it near the house because of the eves. He could have moved the pod 12 inches to the left and wouldn't have been near the eves. Apparently that thought process escaped him. So I asked them to get it out of my driveway.I finally decided it was just too much trouble to have it moved and I told the CSR I would keep it for the month. I received a call today from a driver saying he would be here in an hour to pick it up. What?nI would not recommend them and Goodness knows if my pod will be delivered to my new home in a timely manner. I was told to call a week ahead. I am calling 2 weeks ahead, then a week ahead to make sure my pickup is scheduled. It has been one big hassle and I have only had the pod 5 days.

Do not trust your items in one of these containers!! We aquired my husband's family home and it needed a lot of updates and as we worked on the house we needed storage close that we could move items out and around room by room. Some items though remained in the pod for most the duration it was here such as table, chairs, cabinets, and some sentimental items that would need to be repacked when we were done with everything. Yesterday we cleared the pod for the final time for pickup and everything had molded and mildewed. I don't mean just a little bit or on fabric items only either. All the wood furniture and antiques we were holding onto are all completely ruined. Mold and mildew are everywhere. These containers are NOT weather proof. In an area with a ton of rain why would a company be charging $155 a month for something that can't even protect from the basic elements. I am beyond disappointed and heart broken. These were family items that had been in the home for 40-50+ years all ruined. I'm sick that we trusted this company and hope this can serve to caution anyone else from using these pods.

I am very displeased with pods. I’ve used them before with no issue whatsoever. I’ve been on the phone with them 3 different times to schedule a pickup and all 3 times the pickup did not get scheduled. I paid for the unit to be stored at their facility but as of now, my unit is being stored at my apartment facility. Nobody can give me a straight answer. My pod was suppose to be picked up 3 days ago now I have to wait another 5 days for it to hopefully be picked up this time. I’d recommend using another service because they can’t adhere to their promises.

I was a repeat customer but won't be ever again. PODs were delivered as scheduled but that was the last thing that went as scheduled. I called 2 weeks in advance to schedule out pickup and re-delivery at new location. They were scheduled to be picked up Oct 6 and delivered on Oct 13 at the final location. I come home from work 10/6 and they are still sitting in the driveway. I then spend TWO HOURS on the phone with 5 different representatives (get disconnected at least once and have to go through the whole process again). After being told one of the PODS was never linked to my account and that until they are picked up and put back in the system, they can't schedule a redelivery which would put me well outside out move-in date. Not only that but that I have to call them back in 48 hours to see if its been linked to my account so I can schedule the delivery (that would be Friday trying to schedule for a Wednesday deliver which I know won't happen). After much insistence, a representative was able to confirm they would be picked up 10/7 but could not be redelivered until 10/14, screwing up all of our moving plans. It is now past noon on 10/7 and I still have not received a pickup time window and the PODS are still sitting in our driveway. I've called again, spent 20 mins on hold only to be disconnected yet again and had to call back. This is over 2.5 hours trying to fix their screwup and I am still on the phone with them with PODs sitting in my driveway.
