I’m waiting on initials to be embroidered for over a month. When I left my personal items I was told it would be 2-3 days but no more than a week. I’m trying to get mynMoney and product back and can’t. I’ve also called numerous (6-8) times leaving messages for owner or manager to return my call and I’ve had no success!!! There are always young people (Lil children, teenagers and college age) answering the phones. I even sent a DM to FB Page snd still didn’t get a response!nnI drove back to Tanger Mall location to see if I could just pick up my towels, but the store was closed at 7pm even though the sign says 9pm. All I want at this point back is my personal towels and a refund!!!!

On 05/07/2018 I took in my own item in to get embroidered, they said they could do it and that it would be ready Thursday 05/10/2018. I went in on 05/10/2018. I was told that it was not ready but it would be ready later 05/10/2108 or first thing 05/11/2018. I showed up at 4:30 05/11/2018 and was told it would be done by 6pm. I went back at 6pm and was told it was not ready and she did not tell me when it would be ready. Horrible attitude and customer service. After asking for just my bag back and a refund I was told no and that they would be returning my back whenever they felt like it. Finally I got my bag, late that evening after the owner called and was yelling and very condescending towards me. I got the bag and it was horrible. The embroidery wasn’t straight. They tore out the inside of my bag without informing me once of any complications. Please do not do service with the company. Very unprofessional. Have a photo to prove.

I went to there location in tanger outlet in Southaven Ms. I had some dress shirts monogrammed, with just letter like for a corporate look and they put patches on my shirts and put letters on top of them, like I was going to change somebody's oil in their (mechanic shirt) car. When I complained, they kept telling me that the owner was not there. But when I was getting the work done she could text him. They also charge me $20 a shirt. But I went Pat's monograming off Getwell and church and they fix my shirts exactly the way I needed them. There price was $8 a shirt. This place is not what you want.
