Awesome property! Looking forward to the renovated units I'm hearing about.
Be careful with this apartment complex. Especially if you’re a veteran. I could not physically sign my lease with them because I was still active Duty in the Army stationed in NY so they gave my apartment away. When I called they had no available apartments, so I found a complex that did! Now they won’t return my security deposit and I have to take them to court because they feel that they’re above Mississippi state law. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. ud83dudc4e

Have lived here for four years and I love it. It’s peaceful and quiet. Rent is reasonable. Would love to get some new carpet, but other than that it’s a great place to live.
Manager is ok. She help you out as much as possible (when it comes to rent). But upstairs floor will drive you crazy from the noise. The walls are super thin. Management does nothing about complaints. Parking spots are few and not assigned. Only one trash compactor for the entire complex. Garbage is always on the ground. Things are fixed in a timely manner. A/C units are always breaking down. Need major upgrades.
