They are ALL GREAT!!n1st time I went (3years ago) I had a broken bottom denture & was driving by & they told me to come on in right then. That was 1:30p & I had it back by 4p. Several months later they did a full set of dentures (time to have new ones) & I had them the next day.nnJust this morning I called when they opened & they said to be there in 15 mins if possible. Got me in for denture realign (remember this is after 3 years) & I will get them back by 3p.nDr. Simmons is wonderful as well as the entire staff!!nnOh I forgot to mention I had surgery on BOTH feet less than 3 weeks ago and have orthopedic boots on BOTH feet. They helped me in the office, with the check- in process as well as to the room & back to the car without me even asking.nFor all the people that complain about their prices...... BEWARE of those who charge less They SUCK & you get what you pay for!! Believe me I know because that’s why I have dentures today because & 35 I was told ALL my teeth were cracked & beyond repair. After ( too many to mention)estimates from other dentist (within 150 miles of the Memphis/Olive Branch area.nAs many of you, I chose on of the less expensive (Windstone wasn’t open at that time) & boy have I regretted it the last 10 years EVERY TIME I TAKE A BITE because of the poor job that was done & that was $3,500 out of my pocket (insurance paid 80%) that I got NO WHERE the quality of dentures that I should have gotten for that amount of money.nnAGAIN I will say to the complainers....... BEWARE of “cheaper”....... they do CHEAPER work & you definitely pay for it in years to come!!!!

Dr. Joe, Julie, Nikki and everyone else who's names I can't remember are THE BEST OF THE BEST! My Dentist for many years retired and I am so glad I chose to try Windstone Dental. Dr. Joe and his entire staff exemplify the true meaning of EXCELLENCE. I have found my new Dental Office.

I have never felt more helpless. Not happy with how I was treated and the lack of communication. Had a deep cleaning and multiple composite fillings done, replacing some amalgam fillings and have been in pain since early October. They treated me like my pain was of no concern to them , like I was a bother and referred me off and refused to hear me out. Not once have they called to check on me or even follow up for next steps from their referral. Now under another doctors care... had a root canal and I am still in pain but praying I get well soon. Again feeling helpless with no recourse. However, they are paid and have moved on.

My first visit at this office was amazing. I recently moved to Mississippi and drive by this office quite often. From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the front desk was very warm and inviting. The check in process was super easy. The all-star of the office was Sierra. She was my hygienist and has the best personality. She made a great conversation and had me at ease the entire cleaning. She explained every process to me, and I never felt that I had any questions (she answered them all). I will definitely request to have her as my hygienist for my future cleanings. Dr. Simmons was great as well. Overall, the entire visit was pleasant and quick. There was little to no wait time. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful!!! Shelby was absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend this place!
