Very little waiting in the waiting room. In the dental area, the Assistant was very friendly and informative. Dr. Jackson worked very efficiently, and we discussed the next steps so that I understood what else I needed to do.

Went here for years and finally got annoyed with the prices and always needing work. Was told I needed multiple root canals and at least one tooth pulled by Jackson Family, went to a new place and was told my cavities were nowhere near that bad and all I need was a couple fillings. Rude doctors + serious overcharge + unnecessary work. Extremely agitated. Definitely would not recommend.

Jackson Family Dentistry is the best. I had a horrible toothache called and they took me that day! Staff is always courteous and I think the hygienists and Dr.'s are extremely knowledgeable with great empathy.

When I first started going to Dr. Jackson my daughter and I had a great experience. It wasn’t until 9/24/20 I had to have some extractions done. I’ve had extraction done before and the dentist that did them made sure that I was completely numb and I was relaxed. I told Dr. Jackson and the assistant that I was not numb and I still felt everything. However he still tried to pull the tooth. He asked what was I feeling and I told him everything. Which would let anyone know that the patient was not ready to extract the tooth but because Dr. Jackson wants to rush and move fast u disregarded the patient feelings and had the patient in discomfort. I screamed and Dr. Jackson had the nerve to say don’t scream., Well I told him and your assistant that I was not numb yet. Well once I was numb he pull the tooth. I’m not sure how they didn’t have the tooth once he got it out but I almost swallowed the tooth. I had to seat up and make the tooth come up. In the process Dr. Jackson busted my lip. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. And again I’ve had extractions done before. I’ve had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled at the same time and didn’t have this kind of experience. In the future they should be more compassionate about patients having extractions. They make me second guess having my implants done by them if they treated me this way. I would get someone else to do my extractions if any others need to be done.

I was there early and they took me right back. They gave very honest and clear feedback on my dental hygiene
