Update: these are some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered and I love the manager who was handing out orders at the window!! 1/8/2021 12:40pmnExcellent strawberry banana smoothie and the girl in the sparkly black face mask always makes my day. I go there regularly for sweet tea and that particular worker always makes my day or night! She is truly amazing. The other girls are extremely nice as well! I will have to get their names next time. The one with the sparkly mask, the one with purple/red hair and another girl all stick out in my mind and deserve recognition. Wonderful service all around.
Wrong drink..I order diet coke..it taste like Dr.pepper or coke...I skip my drink ...
I went to the Southaven McDonald's on Goodman two nights in a row (7 and 8 April) between 8 and 9 pm. I ordered the exact same thing both nights, got home, and DID NOT have what I ordered BOTH TIMES. I tried calling about 20 times but no one answered the phone. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for your food lol.
It seems there is new mgmt, everything is better than ever. Great job!
