I have recommended this place for years. I have eaten there twice since the pandemic and the coleslaw both times was less than fresh like left over and the fish was fishy tasting. I had to drive out of the way to get there. Hope they think on the food quality
Never had a bad meal here! Great catfish and sides. Always very friendly and super good service. Be sure to try a piece of coconut cake- absolutely delicious. Don't know what the bad review for the owner is about, but that is way off base. The owners I have encountered were super nice people. Have eaten here on a regular basis since we moved to this area in 2006. Highly recommended.
My husband and I love this place. The mushrooms are wonderful and I could make a meal off the hush puppies!!! The staff is so friendly, of course everyone is related and they make you a part of their family!
Order dinner to go last week food was great. staff was very friendly and prompt. I'll definitely try this place again and order some different items from their menu and see how good other items are.
Called in for a pickup order on a Saturday night. Everything tasted great and was hot when I got home with it. Always friendly staff.
