I just wanted to say thank you. The coffee is always delicious but the service is even better. Too often in life people underestimate the power of words and I just wanted to say that this morning the kind man telling me good morning and to have a good day really did make all of the difference. I received my order so quickly and the interaction with the tall gentleman(I believe he is a manager?) made my entire day. I am so grateful and I hope he knows how much he is appreciated. And in the afternoons when I go during lunch, the sweet female with tattoos always makes my day as well. They are a couple of the kindest and most genuine people I have come across and I always look forward to seeing them. Thank you so much, more than you can imagine. Bless you and have a Merry Christmas ❤ufe0f P.S. went a second time today for one more pick me up, around 3:30, and Justin and the young female who took my order were both extremely friendly and made my coffee perfectly!! Can’t get enough of you guys, thanks again!

Worst customer service ever. Just waited 5min at order window.. never got an answer. So we drive up to window where girl refused to take our order because their sensor didn't work and someone just placed an order behind us. Management needs to retrain employees on their customer service skills because they are severely lacking!!
