I love this place! I’ll gladly go out of my way just to go here. They’re always so helpful and nice, they make great conversation when I go in there because they’re just that friendly. Really really down to earth, good people who will give you all the information you need but also mention things you didn’t know type of thing! Nevin and Alisha are my most favorite!! I’ve been to every shop it seems like but this is by far the best one!!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Excellent customer care. Staff has great attitude. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a large variety of product. From my limited knowledge in this area is day they are a little pricey. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.
This store is rad! Lots of inventory and always a clean, comfortable, positive environment! Nevin knows everything about the inventory and always has the inside lane on hot new products! Alisha is always smiling and so friendly! I get super pun when they are there. I go way out of my way just to shop here. Keep it up!
Stoked to see these guys show up and honor good customer service. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had some issue but the management team and owner were easy to work with. I Will continue to shop here for A long time
HOV 2 is literally my favorite place ever. Along with being one of the nicest and most aesthetically pleasing stores I have been to, the employees are some of the most genuine and nicest people I have ever met. The owner is so nice and generous but if he’s not there ask for gabby! She is the sweetest girl and actually cares about your needs and is there to help. Overall best place for al your needs I definitely would not go anywhere else.
