The type of people there are questionable. Smell of marijuana whenever you walk into the building.. I will be going back to Saint Louis to visit my sick mom. But I will not be staying here. I paid 460 for a suite, and it was barely one room. Definitely not a suite... I do not recommend this place at all. In fact I'm going to try to get ahold of the resorts and ask for a refund.
The room had dirty wash cloths in the bathroom , our room looked liked it needed mopped. There was no complimentary breakfast. Only thing good about the place was the price but you get what you pay for. Will definitely not stay there again.
Passing through and had a mix up at another hotel. Came here for some rest and the employees/ room were more than excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. ud83dudc4dud83cudffd
Rooms are nice and beds are pretty comfortable. However the staff was had mixed up on the rooms and had given someone else's room to me and my sister.nThey got it sorted out but that shouldn't have happened. Showers could have been warmer as well but that's just my preference.
Disgusting. Was told I had to wait an half hour for them to clean the rooms.. Got to my room and it was filthy. Stains on walls, blankets and pillows. They did switch me to a new room and the room was a little better but still not the cleanest. I read a lot of comments saying it was clean, not true at all. Even the lobby was nasty. I definitely do NOT recommend AT ALL.. Area is horrible too.
