The stylist Lexi changed my appointment time twice without confirming with me directly. The first time I received an email confirmation saying my time changed( I happened to check my email) the second time I didn't receive a confirmation until I was already supposed to be there. This is why I don't like pre paying for reservations, now she got $15 for wasting my time. The proper way to handle things is to contact the client directly and ASK them if a different time will work for them, not just change the time and assume they know, WHO DOES THAT ?! IF YOU SCHEDULE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AND THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE TIME DO THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL ? NO, THEY CALL AND CONFIRM. WHEWWW CHILE, THE GHETTO !
They got the best hairstylists in the city of Saint Louis. Very awesome vibe when you walk through the doors. They all are very sweet women & all the prices are very reasonable. They are also kid friendly as well. I give the Loc Loft 5 stars because it’s the best place I ever went to get my hair done and I will not stop going no time soon.
