The by-donation class is a gorgeous offering to our U City community.nMaury leads an attentive, individualized, and thoughtful class. His wisdom, attention to form was a game changer for this long-term yoga practitioner.nnMeanwhile, their salt lamps and total aesthetic (including the fun view of Delmar) is beautiful and soothing. I could hardly recommend Maury at Yoga Source more highly!

I have searched for a yoga studio that had a serious mission statement without going for body love gym-type positioning. When I came to yoga source, I felt at the bright place. The classes have various levels but they all allow for a slow but steady movement that I have not met everywhere. I feel welcomed to talk about what I wish for in a class, feel connected to the community that already exists in that space and am happy that I can ask about my specific questions about what does not work for or what problems I have with certain positions.

Maury's Wednesday Class is incredible. He is genuine , extremely knowledgeable . One of the best teachers I have encountered !

I've totally fallen in love with Yoga Source! They give you a wonderful opportunity to connect with your own energy and practice. I took a workshop with my girlfriend on valentine's day and they were incredibly kind and supportive. It was a beautiful practice!nnFor the past month, I've been taking the Wednesday Open Levels & Restorative class with Michael Webb. He is amazing! In just a month, I've been able to fully work through huge areas of tension and imbalance in my body that my daily yoga practice hasn't been able to work through. Last night I left class feeling so peaceful, settled, and balanced I didn't ever want to leave.nnIf you need energy, calm, or just a quiet time to dedicate to yourself, YogaSource is an awesome spot to do it!
