IRIS Piercing Studio and Jewelry Gallery

I was so impressed with the precautions they were taking for COVID. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was so thankful that they even wore face shields when we were in an enclosed space, to protect both of us. It was really nice to have an appointment too; it wasn't crowded and I was in and out within an hour. Love this place!

We brought our twins in to get their ears pierced. We had no idea that they would not be able to swim for 6 weeks so they didn't end up getting their ears pierced and we have a pool at home so the girls didn't want to get their ears pierced right then. Instead of saying "oh no problem, come back to us later iun the year when your pool is closed and don't worry about the appointment fee" they decided to charge us the appointment fee. Hope that $$ was worth a 1 star review and we won't be back. Maybe you guys copuld be a bit more understanding for your future customers.

Very clean and informative. I had to re-pierce my nipple. It healed crooked and I decided to take it out 2 years ago. (Pierced by another studio) I called in ahead of time to make an appointment due to the Rona. They were very helpful in setting an appointment and answering my questions. Lots of answers are case by case since everyone’s body is different and heals differently. I went in on a Thursday night. They currently allow for you and one guest. They require an appointment. The entire studio is very sanitary. Their jewelry selection was great. I wanted a basic bar whisk they had. They also had great options on the end pieces like stones and gems. They do not use stainless steel they use titanium which can mean that the pricing isn’t bit more but the look and cleanliness is worth it. I felt very safe because they wore masks the entire time and they sterilized all of the equipment while I was there to ensure that I saw them do it. They were very knowledgeable about the size I needed and the condition of my scar tissue. The piercing itself was fast and less painful than the first time. They also offer a point system / loyalty system. I will for sure be back! Whether it’s for another piercing or more jewelry. Side note... they were very friendly and welcoming. I felt like they were speaking to me like I was a valued customer and friend. This friendliness is what sold me. I called another studio in the area and they were very condescending. Almost “too cool for school”. If you want warm and friendly service GO TO IRIS.

We enjoy coming here, it's always welcoming and chill. I like that they are very clear during explaining process and care, checking in on your well being throughout and making sure everything is sterile for whatever is being done. Super kind staff. They also have a nice selection for jewelry pieces, and I have had them offer to order something in if they don't have it currently.

I have gotten all my piercings here and everyone is always super friendly and welcoming. This last time I went Charlotte was super helpful and made me feel really good about my choice! Baylee made the process super quick. They both have such great energy it made me feel great since it was the first time I went in alone!
