I was visiting from Texas and Rick fixed my bracelet. He is an amazing man. He made us feel very welcomed. He was nice and funny. He has beautiful things in his shop. My only 'complaint' is that he does not have a website or social media page to shop from, and I am wanting to order something for my son. Forget corporate jewelry stores that see the customer as a sales number, Rick actually cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. I love him and his place!!!!!
Rick was personable and a very nice man. He removed links in my watch. Will definitely go back and refer him to friends and family!
