Employee turnover rate is horrible, snotty employees who treat customers like a burden. Trash scattered by car wash, landscaping unkept for a relatively new store. Pump printers are ALWAYS out of paper!! Why build a beautiful new store and not maintain it. It's all about taking our money and NOT giving back to the community for Mobile-on-the-Run!
They were out of xl cups, young lady charged me half price.nSome associates questionable
In the morning they never seem to have any specialty coffee from the machine - they run water and no one seems to keep them filled. creamer machine is usually empty and when I mentioned to one of 3 girls at the registers with only one register open she did not seem to care. Where is the nice lady that always kept things stocked and clean especially for 50 cent drink days for the Cardinals?
Their pumps are constantly out of printer paper for receipts. Finally installed the app, so I don't have to worry about that anymore. The area around the carwash has been littered with trash, lately and the areas near the pumps aren't being kept clean. The carwash doesn't seem to clean as well as it used to. It's also fairly expensive.
