My advice... if you want something from LOFT, buy it online. This place is horrible, all the staff should be fired as they don't know anything about customer service. Loft executives, if you are reading this visit the store undercover and experience from first hand the worst service of your life. They have no intention to help, just backed at the counter with their mobile phones, such a shame. Avoid this place, Loft should save some money and close it, as the online system works great and they don't need useless workers.

I love their clothes and shopping online at Loft but their customer service is abysmal. I have shopped almost exclusively at Loft for years and never had to return anything until now. The experience has been so bad I am going to be looking for a new favorite store.

Customer service is bad. They didn’t greet us when we walked in, but asked me to pull my mask over my nose when I had it down because I had been trying to talk to my baby to get her to stop crying. Treated me like I was 2 years old.

Staff masked, social distancing in place, dressing rooms closed. Staff completely uninterested in customer service. Did answer questions but we weren't greeted nor asked if we needed help. Assortment for tops limited. If you don't like frilly sleeves you're out of luck.
