Generally a good shopping experience each time we go to their store.
Hobby Lobby is going to keep me busy doing things that I have yet to discover since I am too old for my old hobbies. I haven't been so excited about a store in a super long time. Other stores are simply not able to have a variety of things, and I am always let down by the selection. I walked into the store and started in basic crafts and I couldn't stop saying oh my God, this place is my dream store. For 15 minutes I was in a small section looking at every object and it took me an hour to cover only a quarter of it. Thank you for making my empty nest exciting and enjoyable. And when people find joy from something they are good at its worth it to see the joy in their faces when they realize that they are good at many different things making them more confident
This shopping mall has nice good stores in the mall.
We have had a problem with our Lazy Boy furniture since it was delivered in March of 2018. The last tech that was at our house to fix the problems, he had to completely rebuild the couch and loveseat, was unable to remove the frame for the recliners. So we went back to the store to talk to the manager. She was great and hopefully she will get the problems solved.
