Been there one night of the five total that i am staying. The room is great and clean. I was able to check in early which was nice. Both the pool and fitness center is open. Also the equipment in the fitness center actually works which you cant say for every hotel. Looking forward to the rest of my stay being just as pleasent as the first night.
The toilet was disgusting. The water seems to be low and over time it looks like the staff has not scrubbed the inside of the toilet. The front desk staff is never at the front desk, these means there is no customer service. I had walked down several times. Perhaps she was doing other duties, but she wasn’t in uniform once. Not sure if they sleep there but I had continually raise my voice “hello!” Not satisfied, when one area is lacking cleanliness. It makes one wonder what else is not being cleaned.
Very clean. Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds. Just a great place to stay!
Only draw back this time was the hot water did not get hot. Just luke warm. Other than. That its a great place to stay.
Great staff at the front desk! They are dog friendly which is very hard to find so it made the whole experience that much more relieving. Beds and sheets were clean, mattress felt great, pillows weren’t too firm or floppy. The room has a TV, mini fridge and microwave and the AC blows nice and cold! Despite the outside appearance the inside is renovated to look modern with color schemes to match. Bathrooms were also clean with hot water and towels. There is a small recreation room with a treadmill as well as a shallow 3 ft deep pool. This is really a no nonsense hotel for the traveler on the go who just wants to catch some Zzzz’s and shower in a safe place with clean rooms. I’m very impressed and would stay here again!
