Got my ears done here and was super anxious about it but Alexia did a great job making me feel comfortable and had a calm energy about her, she talked to me about my worries because I hadn't pierced my ears since I was 15 but she quickly made it known she relates and that there was nothing to worry about! Great customer service and genuineness. Thanks!

Today we took our 5 1/2 month old daughter to get her ears pierced! Price was decent! We were assisted by Regan who was absolutely amazing! She was quick and thorough she also did a great job explaining the cleaning process to Help keep Lobes clean and prevent infection. I definitely recommend this location for getting ears pierced!

I went here to get my daughters ears pierced and they did a GREAT job. She is two years old and they were so cute with her! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We tried a different Claire’s location and they treated us so poorly, but I am so glad we ended up here.

I don’t think that I have ever left a review on an employee before but the girl that helped me re pierce my ear after I had to take it out due to an infection left me with such a good impression I wanted to leave a review on her. Her name was Regan and she was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had and easy to talk to. Regan re pierced my ear for free and gave me the new set of studs for free as well. If you ever have your ears pierced at the West Valley Claire’s, I highly recommend you request Regan.

It's a great store with good options but some of the prices are a little high for the quality you're paying for. But I got my mom and I got our ears pierced here, just because it was cheaper than going to a piercing parlor, so we weren't expecting amazing results but my second piercings came out uneven and then on both my mom's piercings, the gun got stuck while it was piercing her ear and they had to yank it out. So some of their products are good, especially their sensitive solution earrings but I don't recommend their piercing services.
