Apple cleaners are amazing at what they do! They make it so easy by picking up and dropping off our clothes! And they do a fantastic job with them.nThe service is amazing! Super recommended!
I choose them because they were conveniently located for me. I dropped off 3 suits, and they did a fair job on them.nnPros: I got my suits back fast (2 days). The lady that helped me when I picked them up was very nice, and explained how I could save money in the future. She also gave me a ticket for what I dropped off.nnCons: I attempted to call 2 locations to verify hours, and both went to voicemail. I could not leave a voicemail as both boxes were full. The young lady that took my drop off misspelled my last name, and didn’t give me a ticket or anything. She assured me that is the way they did it. Since she misspelled my name it took a long time for the next person to find me in the system. Price was pretty high for what I had done.
Not bad, but could get a little better. Have your people to read and follow customer instructions to starch certain items. Delivery service is great.
Great company! Have been with them 3 years now and am so impressed by the professionalism and kindness they show! Responsive and timely and my comforters always come back in a new bag pristine and clean!
