What an awesome job. The carpet was in dire need of a cleaning. Kids, dogs and just normal wear and he got my carpet looking like new. I will definitely be asking them out again.
This guy knows what he is doing. He ensures quality care for the carpet. He notices the little spots that may not come up the first time and goes back until the spots are gone. He is very personable and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

We have used Best Bet Carpet Systems for over 11 years on all of our carpet cleaning for our rental properties we manage and even replacement of carpet. They do great work and we have always been impressed about how well they can get the carpets cleaned and replaced at great prices. We highly recommend them.
My husband and I bought a new house and wanted to ensure our dryer vent was clear and clean of any blockages. We chose best bet carpet systems because of the affordability and reasonably decent reviews.
Right off the bat I was not impressed with Joe's work ethic as he asked my husband if he needed help moving the dryer. That should be his responsibility and his responsibility alone. I was also quite shocked that he had no booties to protect my carpet from his muddy feet. He did not have towels or any anything to protect my floor. He did not wipe down the vents, he did not put the vents back in place, he did not leave an accurate receipt, and he damaged our walls and floor. When my husband called to ask him about this he made a very sarcastic statement. Please, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else literally anywhere else.
