I've recommended this hotel to multiple clients stay, and the experience is typically pleasant. The hotel rooms are quite lovely, but the walls are a little thin. It's close to the airport, Zona Rosa (entertainment/shopping district), and various local bars and restaurants.
Poor experiences all around. Amenities advertised included a gym, pool, and hot breakfast. None were available during our stay. The only shared space that was open was he lobby. It's clear this hotel chain is using covid as an excuse not to keep basic amenities open, despite advertising those same amenities online.nnThe most exciting part of my stay at this hotel was finding all of the semen stains on the wall facing our bed.
I have stayed in several hotels across Missouri and I also live in the Branson area.....THIS HOTEL IS BY FAR THE NICEST AND MOST MODERN & PRETTY HOTEL WITH THEE MOST AFFORDABLE PRICE! The staff was very helpful and happy and polite! They even understood our situation and let us check in early! I wish I could take this place home with me as it would outshine 95% of the hotels in Branson area!!!!
Great facility. Awesome staff! Definitely recommend staying here. We'll certainly be staying here again.
There is NO Pool or hot tub. No hot breakfast. No coffee pot in room. Can only get coffee from 6 am to 930 am in lobby. This hotel was a true disappointment the elevators were broke, tv was out for half the day, wifi worked intermediately, breakfast was a bag with a bottle of water, granola bar, and some yogurt. Remote didn't work, mold in bathroom. Talk to front desk and told them that I thought the hotel chain was using covid as a excuse not to open pool are serve hot breakfast to save money and he agreed. Other hotels in this area do have there pools open and serve breakfast. Don't waist your money here. Not worth the money. The only nice thing was the balcony. Pass this place up
