The hotel was chic and very clean! I stayed in a two queen beds room, it was very spacious and had a whole kitchen and living area in it. Was also very quit and the staff where amazing and even made a call up to my room to make sure I settled in and felt welcomed. (: The prices are very reasonable. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Kansas City area.
This hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms were great, very nice and spacious. Customer service was the only issue we had. Staff at the front was rude and inattentive when there. Most of the stay no one was even at the front desk.
Terrible experience. Staff not wearing masks, regardless of Hilton policy and local ordinances. Allowed a huge party with excessively loud music in the meeting rooms, trashing the lobby and hallways. Had to ask for a different room as mine was directly above the party and vibrated and shook upon my entry. Staff acted like it was an inconvenience to get me a new room, despite my rewards status. Wish I took photos of the aftermath. Horrid. Worst experience I've ever had at a Hilton property. Rooms were clean and comfortable though. General property upkeep was decent. Didn't even try the breakfast, I just wanted out of there at that point.
Overall the stay was great. Hotel staff left some to be desired. Hotel breakfast was not very good, but that was due to pandemic so there is not much you can do about that. I would revoked this hotel and would defiantly stay again.
