It's was great to find a place to park while going out of town for a couple days... they provided shuttle service... the only thing I didn't like was my flight was the last flight and landed at 1220 am. I called the hotel so shuttle can pick me up but was informed that The hotel service stops at 1145 pm. I didn't notice until after I came back that it says on the ticket. The lady at the desk... won't say her name.. failed to mention that little bit of information. I probably would have went somewhere else if I had known. So I had to spend extra money just to get a rode back to my car.
TERRIBLE STAFF. COMPLETELY RUDE. Discovered bed bugs in our beds and went downstairs and kindly told him. He didn’t respond and just started typing on his computer. We asked what he was going to do about it. He looked up, ignored us and kept typing. He handed us new keys and told us to bring the old ones down. Place is gross. Clearly not cleaned and terrible staff.
After driving for 10hrs i just wanted to come to a relaxing and welcoming hotel for a good night sleep. Well let me tell you that wasnt the case the man in the front desk was very rude!! Did not feel welcomed at all rooms are not that great they are a 3 i was not happy attitude was very rude will not be booking here ever again.!!
Don't plan on returning here. The water took forever to warm up. It never got completely hot. No one wants to take a lukewarm shower on a cold winter day. The bed was worn. Sitting on it was like being on a seesaw. Sit on one end and the other rises. The other guest congregated in the halls late at night. It sucks to be awaken in the middle of the night when I already had trouble getting to sleep. Sleep Inn was not what happened during my stay...and it was not by choice.
It's a very nice hotel very clean your rooms are nice bed sheets are clean and modern only Quirk I have is that it didn't have a door on the bathroom other than that, everything else is nice and I don't know if it has a vending machine either I might have to go check but it's a nice place to sleep is a nice place if you need somewhere to live as well so far the staff has been pretty nice. I gave it 4out of 5 stars because it doesn't have a door on the bathroom and the bathroom is really small shower is small too.
