Quality clean hotel. Enjoyed our 4 day stay. No hot tub. Pool open.nNot sure why we never had any room service. Would stay again

The hotel was clean and well kept our only complaint was the floors creaked. The guest above us must have been pacing non-stop while on the phone or something because it kept us awake. Finally got to sleep only to be awakened early by the same creaking floor.nWe noticed our floor and even in the hallway creaked as well.nProbably won't stay here again due to this.

My family of 5, stayed at this hotel, December 27-29, 2020. First, I want to say that Jamaika at the front desk, was wonderful. She was there in the afternoon. She was the best part of our stay. She discounted our room rate due to all the issues during our stay. There was another lady who worked in the evening while we were there and she was very nice, as well. They were both very polite and kind.nWe encountered several problems during our stay. First, the room. While not totally their fault, the room that I booked, through booking.com, was supposed to have a spa (soaker) tub, which was the deciding factor for staying at this hotel, it did not. They do not have any baths like that. The next thing was a drawer on the dresser, that the t.v. sits on, wouldn't stay closed. Since it's right in the walkway, I knew someone would hit their shins on it during a night time bathroom run so, Jamaika removed the drawer, which was fine with us. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, making the lock useless. The bed was much too firm for me, but my husband loved it. The pillows were great! My son slept on the sofa sleeper and said it was fine.nThen, the pool. The room was cold. The pool didn't appear to be circulating and algae had started growing, though, the water was very clear, and we did let the kids swim, but not for very long, because the water was very cold. We were told that some guests earlier in the the week had gotten into the pool utility room and turned the pump and filter off. They eventually shut the pool down. There is also no hot tub. It was filled in and tiled over with tile that is very slick when wet.nNow, the grab and go breakfast. There are muffins, cereal, juice, and milk. And you only get one food item, and one drink per person in your family. Our kids got cereal and only got small containers because, the lady at the desk, didn't think they would eat the larger container of cereal. They would have. My kids love cereal.nFor $130 a night, this hotel is not worth it. The people who work here, are great, but the hotel itself, needs some serious attention. I would not recommend this hotel, for this price, to anyone.
