My buddy and I decided to go here because we heard it was a huge store. Didn't matter because the prices were absolutely insane. You're better off not thrifting in KC at all. The prices in KC are different than the prices an hour away. Not worth going in.
Was there yesterday, a lady came in as I was leaving, with no mask on. The young man who works there told her she couldn't come in without a mask. She stated she didn't have one. He then told her she could go in, and buy a bandanna? If you are announcing customers need a mask, or need to leave, then it should be enforced, no exceptions!
Not bad selection on the day I came in. I expected a bit more but oh well. Besides that the visit was pleasant
Literally bought an Amazon Alexa device last night thinking it was a speaker... Tried to return it tonight for them to tell me there is nothing they could do. I spend way more than the $20 this cost me at this store. You lost my business for sure. Had the device been charged, I would have known it wasn't a speaker. Sad because I had my receipt and the sticker on the device plus it was charged for the next person. Not happy about this at all... Coming from someone that spends at least $100.00 a month to $0 now! And I won't be donating as I recently donated at least 10 bags/ boxes of stuff.
It's nice when a thrift store gives back to the community. Remember to bring your items to donate and receive a coupon for purchases. Not to mention that they have a return policy!!
