Poor company to deal with. We were told on the phone we would not have to pay anything up front and so the rep gets here and tries to get $200 from us. First strike. No communication amongst the staff. Then they leave a messageamessage you call back and are told to call a different number. Second strike. And then the best strike, they will get you equipment that you rent for about a year making monthly payments on. I called my insurance company one day to see what the charges were. Well the mask was like over 300 or 400, for the mask part alone. I can buy the same thing from other providers for like 25 or 30. Talk about taking advantage of the customer. Once this equipment is done being paid, will NEVER deal with them again. As they say in baseball, three strikes YOU'RE OUT.

On an out of state trip and asked if I can order a mask & attachment and would pay for expedited shipping. Assured it would be delivered in 2 days. 8 days later & after numerous phone calls, item was never received. Customer service is an afterthought, go elsewhere.

I am stunned by the negativity of previous reviews. My experience with Lincare could not be more positive! Victoria took my call and Billy was the delivery & equipment setup person. Both of these employees provided excellent service! Victoria answered all my questions thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable in what I should expect regarding the equipment, including the features if the equipment, delivery and setup questions and questions regarding insurance coverage. Victoria’s customer service skills were top notch! She set up the communication between myself and the driver which was on time and seamless. The driver contacted me 30 minutes before he arrived as I had requested. Billy was equally knowledgeable and proficient with the installation and features of the equipment. He too, provided excellent customer service. Well done Victoria and Billy! If your experience with Lincare is negative because of billing, please note that billing has nothing to do with the people at the other end of the line or the delivery staff.

Terrible! You will receive a call asking what time is most convenient for them to deliver equipment. Regardless of what time you give them, the driver won’t show up and will claim to have shown up later without having called you to confirm, cancel or simply say they are running late! Absolutely no communication from the driver to even indicate you are on their delivery schedule! Whoever it is that’s driving for them - I sure wish I had their job because I would do it right and every one of these reviews would be five stars!

The local service has been fine; however their billing procedures is a true nightmare. My husband’s equipment is fully covered by Medicare and supplemental insurance. Nevertheless, we are constantly being billed (by their accounting dept. in Florida) for ever changing (decreasing) amounts, and threatened with collection agencies (all for less than, most recently $11.00). Our credit rating is excellent. Clearly It’s one of those “the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing” issues. He has called MULTIPLE times and is assured that we don’t owe anything, our account will be noted, a supervisor will be contacted, yada yada yada.This has gone on for months. No one has the nerve to actually sign their name to a letter, so there’s no way to respond by mail to a particular person. They keep attempting to re-bill our supplemental insurance. It’s no wonder they have a terrible rating, both with Google and the Better Business Bureau. Definitely recommend you purchase elsewhere.
