This is the worst company ever. My father passed away, I'm trying to book flights for my mom and I. Multiple phone calls to get an email with confirmation number, with no success. Morning of flight, still no email. Call airline, someone had canceled our flights. What company can stay in business that is so incompetent? Now we are 5 hrs behind schedule for getting to the funeral home to make arrangements to lay my father to rest.nHorrible customer service and service all around!

This company is horrible! They put their phone number at airline's website. When I was trying to cancel a flight, I accidentally called their number. They charged me $200 for a free cancellation. They promised me to give me refund, but never did!
