My family's experience is awful!!! Lost a China hutch do to water damage because it's not waterproof. And Mold was on clothes. My daughter's play melissa and Doug's pay kitchen was also damaged. To keep adding to the sorry job this product did, a mouse got in and damaged books, clothing and more toys. I can not tell you how bad this made my moving. Tje delivery drivers are nice but that doesn't make up for how these POD don't work to protect personal items. I have only give one star to one other company. Please don't use this company save your self the headache.
Our POD service was great at the Frederick location! Michael helped us every step of the way starting from day 1 up to pickup. Everything went as planned and smooth. Thank you Michael for being such a big help in our move!
Very nice & affordable
My POD was delivered at my new residence on-time. The driver was very friendly, respectful and professional and placed it exactly where we wanted it. All my belongings where still in place and nothing was damaged. The following week the driver returned for the emptied POD, calling when he was on the way, and the pick-up went very smoothly. I would highly recommend PODS and would definitely use them again.
BEWARE!!!!! UNETHICAL CROOKS, INCOMPITENT EMPLOYYEES, LIARS.....Nothing but trouble. They have literally embezzled money from us, damaged and broken much of our belongings and refuse to acknowledge it. They say they record all phone calls, nut don't seem to have mine! Pick up and delivery dates were messed up, pod was dropped in wrong location, the lock and security tag were cut from one of my containers, heirlooms broken, literally have spent ours on the phone and emailing them and yet nothing. I swear, I wish I knew how to take this to the media! I have photos and videos of how poorly this all went. But, PODS has no response for anything I call for or email for.
