After shopping around over the phone, I knew on my third phone call that YourStorage was the one. Valerie was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell the employees here genuinely care about giving you a good experience and not just making a profit. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone I know who is in the market for renting a storage unit.
Limited parking but clean and helpful staff.
We have a storage unit at Your Space Storage at Ballenger Creek. We started with a smaller unit to store the items I use in my events business. As my inventory grew and I needed a larger unit, Valerie helped make the transition as smooth as possible. We have also rented UHaul vehicles from her for events. Valerie helped me save money by suggesting a less expensive vehicle than the one I had scheduled would serve the same purpose. She was right. The vehicle she recommended was perfect for my needs. This weekend, she didn’t have the vehicle I wanted available. She could have suggested a more expensive rental, but instead she helped us reserve the vehicle we wanted at another location. Because of a mixup, we didn’t get a receipt when we returned the vehicle. Valerie helped me get a copy of the receipt for my business records. She stayed on the phone with me for 13 minutes until I had a copy of the receipt I needed. I highly recommend them for your storage and UHaul needs.
