First time homebuyers here. We went to look at their models and the service we received is beyond terrible. Looks like they only really want to invest their time and form their community to their liking. Bonnie really needs to work on her sales skills and the dude working along with her should work on his manners. As prospective buyers, good customer service is really something anyone would want but when the buyers don't meet the needs of what their community is meant to be, they are unfriendly and push these buyers away. As first time home buyers, this was by far a very unpleasant experience and are now investing our money into another builder. They did not provide ANY information and provided a very unfriendly and pushy service to try and get us out the door and away from their community.

I agree w the review above. The lady (real estate agent who I won’t name her name) who explained the homes to us was rude. Very short. Very very difficult to understand. Superrrr rushed. Definitely would not recommend this place.

We had so many issues as first time homebuyers. I would never recommend them to anyone. Our new builder was infinitely better.

We've had some issues with DRB and the contractors they use. We've been in our house for almost 1.5 years and we're still waiting on items to be fixed. Please stay away- we've had 3 warranty managers in that time frame with little communication about the changes (even with open warranty orders). This is not what I would expect from a new construction home.nnI love our floor plan though.

Best Home Shopping Destination. These builders are simply superb. They have the right skills. I was really impressed with their quality of work and hand over the house in a timely manner. Wish you good luck for your future projects.
