You absolutely cannot go wrong with these great folks. Sad to say that over the years I’ve had the need to use PT several times for various reasons. I will not go anywhere else now. They were accurate, clear, worked me hard when necessary and was gentle when the need was there and encouraged me to listen to my body while also challenging me. They were nice, the office was super clean. Brad was my PT and I just loved him. Professional, personable and smart with his diagnosis!

Very positive experience. The therapist are great to work with as is everyone else in the office.

Had to wait 3 weeks for evaluation and then told that I had to provide and authorize them to charge a credit card as they see fit. Ridiculous. I have health insurance and a HSA. No other medical provider has ever insisted on this. I have a right and obligation to ensure the charges are accurate before allowing them to charge my HSA card. My experience with medical billing is that they are often wrong and given the previous reviewers comments about this place, I certainly was not going to give them free reign. Went down the street to McQuarrie's instead. Got me in for eval the same day I called. Bill as I go with no pre-authorization for credit card. Very personable and easy to work with.

I have been going to PT in Middletown on and off for over a year. Brad, Ashley and Kyle (and the Techs) have helped me through my rehab for two total knee replacements and for Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS). At 6 weeks with my second knee replacement I was bending to 120 degrees and full extension! I cannot say enough great things about the care I have received. Between their professionalism, knowledge, compassion and sense of humour, therapy has been a joy. And Laura, the receptionist, always greets you with a wonderful smile and is extremely accommodating. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

The work they do is wonderful. But when it comes down to it they “estimate” a number and charge you and then months later charge you for dates that had perviously been visited. If you want to be squeezed by a billing company this is the place to go. If you’d rather get treatment without getting taken advantage of visit another Physical therapist.
