I first visited Cornerstone PT in February 2020 because my chiropractor recommended them to me due to ongoing pain from a previous car accident in 2016. I saw a physical therapist after the accident, in addition to several other specialist, but was never pain free. In fact, as the years went on, my pain level increased and spread to different parts of my body. When I started treatment at Cornerstone in February, my pain level was so intense that I was ready to take a medical leave of absence from teaching to take care of myself.nI cannot say enough about the staff, therapists, and overall quality of care from the moment I walk into the office for each appointment. Hailey is very patient and a wealth of knowledge. She takes time to answer my questions, listens to my symptoms, and treats my symptoms. I have seen all of the therapists in the practice and am amazed with the way they treat patients. It is unlike any other PT method I have even experienced. We are still working through layers of my treatment, however I know that one day I will leave the office pain free and feeling better than I have in many, many years! It truly has been an uplifting experience.

We have been treated by EVERY physical therapist at Cornerstone and ALL of them are incredible!!! Absolutely BEST team of therapist who treat holistically. The manual therapy and cranial sacral work is incredibly effective and life changing. We have recommended Cornerstone to many friends and family - everyone who has gone there is blown away by the treatment and outcome. In addition, the office manager, Cindy, is friendly and well-organized so every visit is pleasant. Finally, the individual rooms and their cleaning process has allowed for ongoing, safe treatments throughout the covid crisis. Highly recommended!

If I could give 6 STARS I would. This place is life changing! Both my daughter and I have received the best care. This is not your parents PT. JR, Renee, Cindy, and Rachel have been INCREDIBLE. I’ve never met such a friendly, accommodating team that is so genuinely interested in helping you heal. They stuck with me through a lengthy recovery from plantar fasciitis, never rushing me to heal but going at the right pace based on how my body responded to treatments. They go above and beyond to help you recover physically, as well as deal with the emotions and struggles that go along with nursing any type of injury, big or small. It’s a totally holistic experience, and it’s bittersweet to finally leave! I recommend them without reservation.

Terrific! This is not your ordinary PT experience. Your PT spends the entire appointment with you doing a manual therapy technique. It’s very gentle but surprisingly effective! I have made more consistent and sustained progress than any previous PT experiences.
