I’ve never had such a poor quality service and care! First, I began treatment from a car accident with the claim# and everything. I Came 3 sessions. I had a bad episode where I woke up unable to walk on my left leg and I called and scheduled to come in. She told me I would have to bring in a referral from my PCP. So I went to my PCP and received as requested a referral. I brought it in that day and she said I wasn’t even on the schedule. That was Monday. Then, they call me and tell me I “missed” my appointment on Monday. I explained to them I was there and sent home. Fast forward to today. I called to tell them I’m running late. She said it’s ok as long as I have my referral.. no problem. I Come in, first she tells me she has to check with the office manager because my referral is written on a script? So then she said I need to sign a waiver of liability since I “didn’t” provide a referral. I wrote on the form that I did provide it. The doctor signed it and gave the license number?? Like ok.. call the doctor if you question it but don’t ask me to sign something that says I didn’t provide what was asked of me?? Then, she goes and whispers to the PT something about me and I hear the PT say she can’t give me a full appointment due to the fact Im late.. never mind the fact I’ve already been there 20min. So I said if you can’t give me a full appointment I need to reschedule. All this running around for them and they care more about paperwork than the patient! Do NOT recommend AT ALL

Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They have been great to deal with. They have locations all over Frederick. Their services have helped a lot in recovery. Highly recommended to all.

I love this PT office. Everyone is kind and very attentive to my concerns. I love that they don't push anything like products or crazy treatments..

The staff was very helpful and always very patient with me as I had many questions and was in a lot of pain due to my surgery. After several sessions I can see the change and how much its made my day to day activities much more achievable.nMartha T
