Tuscarora Tennis Club

My husband and I are regular players at Tuscarora with the Friday night mixers, Saturday morning drills, contract time, and lessons with Dave Kamachaitis. Our grandson takes lessons as well and his mom loves the way the coach ensures it's fun while instructive. The GM, Patti, will go out of her way to figure out how to accommodate play. Clay courts are fun when it's warm (no charge for members!). Indoor courts are well maintained and the staff are always there to jump in and assist (including a last second need for racquet restring). Not cheap (nothing worthwhile is) but well worth every penny!

I have played in a contract group for over 10 years here. I also have kids enrolled in lessons. There are always plenty of staff around to help, unlike other tennis places (ex: Westwinds or Montgomery Tennis Plex) where one person is usually working. The facility is well kept and has four indoor courts and a practice deck upstairs. It also has two outdoor clay like courts. There are locker rooms with showers. The lighting on the indoor courts is excellent. Other places it's very dim inside. The price is fair. They have many great instructors for kids and they all make if fun. Private lessons will get your child more attention than the junior academies, but it does cost more. This is the best tennis facility in the larger surrounding area.

Tuscarora Tennis Club is an awesome tennis club. I like how the Coach focuses on making sure we have the right form. He can immediately tell what I'm doing wrong and gives helpful suggestions to improve my form. He's always early and also has the best attitude - my friend and I always enjoy playing tennis with him.

My daughter's skill set has drastically improve since becoming a junior member. I love the instructors and it's under great management
