Quince Orchard Library

A great place to read. The staff are very nice and helpful. After the renovation, the library was even better!

Quiet and cozy. It's nice, but could have a larger selection of books.

They have a great play room to take your kids to. Really modern layout.

The library looks great and the staff are very helpful. But I've never seen so many clueless patrons who don't understand the purpose of the QUIET Study Room. You don't need to be in there if you're blasting youtube on your headphones. Please turn off all sounds and vibrations if you're sending texts because we can hear that. Just because you're whispering doesn't make it ok to have conversations. There's always someone who is a mad loud typist on their laptop. There's always someone who is breathing heavy or has a whistling nose. The library also seems to attract some vagrants who aren't really using the library, they're just there moving around the library doing nothing and making weird noises.

Cozy library with decent parking. Not as busy as other libraries so I prefer visiting here and staff are generally friendly. Among some of the features are the discovery room and an exclusively quiet study room. The noise levels vary on different times of the day so expect more noise when kids are out of school. The discovery room has to be reserved in advance unless its available on the same day or 15 minutes after a no-show appointment. Due to the small size of the library, there is not a designated play area for toddlers like in other larger libraries.
