Damascus Library

Best place to go for some peace and quiet and great environment for studying. Recently I found out that I am able to place holds on books though the website and can pick them up when ready. They do take a while, so I suggest putting some on hold in advance if you are expecting it in a week. It is great that it takes a while because the books are getting quarantined and sanitized so everyone can have the books without getting sick. Amazing place and can’t wait for it to open up in later phases.

The Library events are very well organized, coordinated and one of a kind. The staff is very helpful with all the questions. They organize events for all ages but the family friendly events like science night etc. are just superb.nnWe are very lucky to be close to this library.

Great spot for the homeless. Warm and cool as needed for comfort. The free access to computers, gives this segment of our community an opportunity to communicate with doctors (virtual visits are able to replace 68% of actual attended visits), apply for their county and state food, rental assistance and welfare stipends and keep in touch with family.

I LOVE this library! The kids book section is bigger than the adult book section (which actually needs more books/selection). Librarians are super friendly and helpful.

Nice and quiet place very well organized. It has a very nice environment for reading and studying. WiFi is fast.
