It’s 2 stars because it’s convenient and I’m hear at least once and sometimes twice a day. This will probably change moving forward. Unfortunately this place is becoming real disgusting. There is trash all over outside. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. They don’t have a designated smoking area and often people are smoking right outside the entrance. I nor my child needs to be subject to that. It’s gross. This location is going downhill.
We ordered 2 milkshakes and had to wait about 7 minutes for it to be done. In addition, AFTER the lady finished making the milkshakes she told us that we had the pay first, even though she had seen us waiting while she was chatting with other employees. It would have been nice if she had notified us of that change before she finished our order OR at the very least, a sign that said to pay before picking up an order.
I guess it's an ok station if you don't mind getting BLASTED with inane annoying aggravating and infuriating advertising while you fill up. I get only a few gallons so I can get out of there as soon as possible.
Wawa is always clean, stocked, and open. Only draw is the check out registers. They're slow due to the large number of credit card paymrnts.
This Wawa is the best one for me. All the staff is nice. But just this Wawa. I don't want to mention other Wawa’s workers.
