Took too long making the food and the chicken was not even crispy like it was cooked in cold oil.
The staff are always pleasant and the food is delicious.
They are always out of something. I ordered a sandwich with extra tomato on white bread. I get my sandwich and the guy says oh by the the we are out of tomato. I say ok but realize I paid . 60 extra for the tomato. I go back inside to say hey I paid extra for extra tomatoes and I tell him I got a roll instead of white bread. He say oh we are out of white bread too. I said just refund me I’ll go to sheetz. Why wouldn’t you tell me you are out of the stuff I asked for before u make it.
Female workers that deal with making the food need to learn about customer service. Throwing sauces across the table when customers have their hand open to receive them is incredibly rude. Also, not speaking to customers upon making eye contact until a customer initiates a greeting is terrible customer service as well. Food was subpar at best. Customer service will make me never return to this gas station unless its a refill emergency.
