Older lady on the night shift was beyond annoyed and let everyone know out loud that she was unhappy with so many orders and couldn’t handle it. This particular day they closed at 8 pm and probably was upset she would have to work a little extra that night. Everyone there just seemed like they wanted to clock out which is the complete opposite of every other Wawa I’ve been to. Most people are usually overly friendly but not here.

Customer service is more than just being friendly, efficient and clean. Which this store is usually good at. Customer service is also how you correct problems when they do happen.nnIn this respect, my problem was resolved in a excellent manner. If you treat the staff with the same respect you'd want yourself, you will find them eager to listen to customer complaints.nnMany places are reluctant to correct problems if they do so at all.

Went in to get cigarettes for my boss and the overnight manager accused me of buying them for minors. All the night employees are Very disrespectful And ignorant. I don’t appreciate getting talked to as if I’m a child. Never getting another dollar from me. The employees are rude every time me or anyone else I work with has been in there.

CAUTION, order process (even when order ahead) leaves you standing for 17min waiting, you will need to forcefully grab attention of kitchen staff and request to please may I have my order and present your ticket, they will only then go find your bag.

Beyond ignorant. Had to use the bathroom and they had the closed sign up for 30 mins for cleaning but no one was cleaning it. I asked how long id have to wait since floors were slightly wet and she said its closed and i couldnt use it. Im traveling 9 hours overnight and had to go to sheetz instead. She was rude about it basically yelling to me across the store. Never getting my business again which is a shame because im a regular wawa customer and travel often. Need better overnight customer service. Disgusted.
