After having extremely bad experiences with past dentists I feel I have now finally found a great match. The staff as well as Dr. Dave have been comforting, courteous, and very helpful. Words can't describe my appreciation. ud83dudc9c

My co worker recommended this dentist office to me I can’t stop thanking him they are the BEST, the office staff is so professional and shows wonderful customer service and the dentist and assistant had a wonderful and funny sense humor I loved that they play your favorite music while getting work done. Long story short my tooth was killing me and they was able to get me in quickly, thank you Frederick Dental Group for being AWESOME

Very clean, and organized. The scheduling was the fastest of 10 offices I called, and best priced for self pay. All of the staff is amazing, which means the most to me. You’re welcomed immediately by the front desk staff, who are helpful and friendly. Dr D is who I saw, and he is great. He’s very thorough, explains everything, and throws in a lot of jokes. I definitely recommend using this office for future dental needs. ud83dude03

See note at bottom for my follow-up.nnI just switched to this dental group and so far, so good. I like their patient loyalty program, which gives patients the benefits of dental insurance at a lower cost than paying for dental insurance: 2 annual cleanings, x-rays, 2 annual flouride treatments, 1 emergency visit and a 20% discount on all procedures. No co-pays for the cleanings etc. It works out to slightly less than my out of pocket expenses when I had dental insurance! Additionally, at my previous dentist, I was quoted for a procedure when I had dental inusrance and the quote for a crown was the same as when I had no inusurance. The previous dentist had jacked up the prices for the procedure to make ti look like I was saving a thousand dollar when in fact, it was no savings at all. I checked with Frederick Dental Group and their price for the same procedure is what was quoted by the previous dentist - except now, with the loyalty program, I'll get 20% off. That works for me.nnMy initial appointment was very thorough and today I had a cleaning and a flouride treatment. It went very smoothly, my teeth look great and I am very happy with this dentist. If things change, I'll post another review, but like I wrote initially, so far, so good!nnUpdate: I left this practice because all they seemed to be concerned with was upselling me on procedures. I was told I had several cavities. I didn't. I might have believed one or even two, even though I haven't had a cavity in over 20 years. But according to them, nearly half of my teeth needed filling. I had to demand the x-rays they owed me for the year I paid for in their loyalty program. The technician (or office manager -I couldn't tell) was sullen because I didn't want to arrange for the fillings. My x-rays were never sent to my new dentist.nnDespite my initial reaction, I can't recommend this dental practice. They felt like a bunch of grifters.
